2 cups cottage cheese
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or more to taste for sweeter)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping ideas: chocolate chips, sprinkles, peanut butter, nuts, anything!

Add all ingredients (besides toppings) to blender and blend until smooth
Pour the liquid into a loaf pan and evenly spread across
Add to freezer to set for 1 to 2 hours at least
