One of the most delicious things in the world, today I made a great and easy snack of peanut butter banana egg rolls. My kids went ape for them. They are amazing.
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 10 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 Bananas
- 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- Cooking Spray
- Optional: Powdered Sugar, Caramel or Chocolate Dipping Sauce
Instructions

- Add about 1 to 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to the center of your egg roll wrapper.
- Add your banana on top (break it so it fits inside the wrapper), then use a pastry brush to brush the sides with water. Roll up the egg roll, roll it, and then use your pastry brush to brush water on the egg roll wrapper’s ends and fold
- Spray your basket with cooking spray, and then set your egg rolls into the air fryer; set the temperature to 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
