Air fryer baby potatoes recipe! These air fryer mini potatoes are seasoned with herbs and spices and air fried to perfection. They are packed full of flavor, tender and fluffy inside with crispy skin. Learn how to cook baby potatoes in air fryer.
- 1 kg Baby potatoes
- ½ tablespoon Parsley
- ½ teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion granules
- 1 teaspoon Paprika optional
- Salt to taste
- 1.5 tablespoon Olive oil
Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels.
If the potatoes are not equal sizes, you can cut some to get similar sizes.
Add the potatoes into a bowl then add the paprika, thyme, parsley, rosemary, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and oil to the potatoes. Mix well to coat the potatoes in the seasoning.
Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer rack. Don’t overcrowd the basket.
Air fry at a temperature of 400F/200C for 20 minutes. Halfway into cooking, bring out the basket and shake (this ensures that all sides are crispy and cook evenly.
When the potatoes are cooked, serve and enjoy.
You will know the potatoes are cooked when the skin is crispy, fork tender and the inside is fluffy.
