Gluten-Free Air Fryer Scotch Eggs
Ingredients (makes 4)
- 4 large eggs, boiled (soft or hard—your choice)

- ½ cup gluten-free breadcrumbs

How to Boil Eggs
- Soft-boiled: 6 minutes
- Medium: 7–8 minutes
- Hard-boiled: 9–10 minutes
Cool in ice water and peel.
Instructions
- Prepare the coating:
Mix GF breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. - Wrap the eggs:
- Divide the sausage meat into 4 balls.
- Flatten each one, place the egg in the center, and gently wrap the meat around it until fully sealed.
- Coat:
- Roll each sausage-wrapped egg in beaten egg.
- Then coat in the seasoned GF breadcrumbs.
(For extra crunch, repeat egg + crumb once more.)
- Air fry:
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Lightly spray the Scotch eggs with oil.
- Cook 15–18 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and the sausage is cooked through.
