      Preparing the Cauliflower

      • First of all wash the cauliflower in a Kitchen colander and dry completely. Now core the cauliflower. Remove the hard stem and leaves from the bottom. Further cut it into medium bite size florets. Set them aside in a bowl.

      Breading Cauliflower for Air-frying

      • Take a Mixing Bowl and beat the egg with 2 tbsp water lightly. In another Mixing Bowl, mix Almond Flour, Garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
      • Now dip florets with Kitchen tong (one at a time) into egg mixture and then coat in the almond flour mix. Note – be careful while coating in almond flour since almond flour tends to clump fast. If you are using All purpose flour then roll these in the APF Mix.
      • Now transfer these coated florets on a clean plate. And line the basket of Air Fryer with the Air Fryer Parchment paper.
      • When ready to air fry, transfer these coated cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Spray with oil on top. Air fry at 390*F for 12 minutes. Flip in between at about 7-8 minutes for even cooking.

Making Buffalo Sauce in a frying-pan

        • Meanwhile the cauliflower florets are cooking, prepare the Buffalo sauce. Combine butter and hot sauce in a Frying Pan over the heat. Cook till butter melts. It’s ready to be dipped.

Dipping the air-fried cauliflower bites in Buffalo Sauce & Air frying again

        • Once the cauliflower wings are cooked, toss them in the hot sauce. And place back in the air fryer. Air fry for 2-3 minutes more for the sauce to cook on top of it. It adds to the texture of the wings.
