Ingredients
Dry
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free blend, if you need it)
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Wet
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup milk (or dairy-free: almond/soy/oat)
- ¼ cup oil (vegetable/canola/melted butter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add-ins
- ½ cup chocolate chips (mini work best for air fryer)
- Optional: 2 tbsp extra chips for topping
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 150°C (300°F) for 3 minutes.
- Grease and line your 6-inch cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together:

- In another bowl, whisk:

- milk
- oil
- vanilla
