  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4–6 slices ham (cooked/deli)
  • 4–6 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or mozzarella work well)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Optional: Dijon mustard or cream cheese for spread

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare pastry:
    • Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles (about 6–8, depending on size).
    • Optional: Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard or cream cheese on one side.
  3. Layer filling:
