Egg, Ham & Cheese Toast
Ingredients (for 2 toasts):
- 2 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or GF)
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter (optional, for spreading)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Dried herbs or chili flakes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Air Fryer Method
- Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place a slice of ham on the bread, then cheese on top.
- Use the back of a spoon to gently press down the center of the bread to make a small well.
- Crack 1 egg into the well. Season with salt & pepper.
- Carefully place in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 6–8 minutes, until egg whites are set but yolk is still soft (or longer for firm yolk).
- Sprinkle herbs or chili flakes before serving.
Oven Method

- Assemble as above and place on a baking tray.
