🐔 Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
- 500g (1 lb) boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp oil (optional for crispiness)
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Honey Sauce:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup (or chili garlic sauce for heat)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (to thicken)

- Prep the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and oil.
