🐔 Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 500g (1 lb) boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp oil (optional for crispiness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Honey Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (or chili garlic sauce for heat)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (to thicken)

  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onions

  1. Prep the Chicken:
    • In a bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and oil.
