Country Style Ribs In The Air Fryer

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

Prepare the Ribs: Season the boneless pork ribs with your choice of seasonings or marinade. Coat the ribs thoroughly for maximum flavor. Marinate for about 10-15 minutes.

Arrange in the Air Fryer: Place ribs in a single layer at the bottom of the Air Fryer basket.

Air Fry the Ribs: Cook the ribs in the preheated air fryer for 20-25 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, flip the ribs to ensure they brown evenly on both sides.

Optional: Extra Crisp (Optional): You can return the ribs to the air fryer for a few minutes and brush them with a thin layer of BBQ sauce for an even crispier exterior.

Air Fryer Country Style Ribs Recipe Faqs

What Temperature Should The Country Style Ribs Be At To Be Fully Cooked? Country style ribs should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption. However, for optimal tenderness and flavor, many people prefer cooking them to a higher temperature of 190°F to 203°F (88°C to 95°C), as this allows the connective tissues to break down, resulting in more tender meat. Always use a meat thermometer to ensure they are cooked properly!

How do I store leftover country style ribs: Let the ribs cool to room temperature and place them into an airtight container or freezer bag. The cooked ribs will last in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To reheat: To reheat country style ribs in the air fryer, preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the ribs in the basket in a single layer and heat for about 5-10 minutes, or until they are warmed through and crispy on the outside.
