Air Fryer Pancake (One-Pan Style)

Perfect if you want a thick, cake-style pancake.

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (or GF flour blend)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Grease a small round, air-fryer-safe dish (5–6 inches).
  3. In a bowl, whisk:
    • flour, sugar, baking powder, salt
    • add milk, melted butter, vanilla
    • mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
  4. Pour batter into the greased dish.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes at 160°C, until the top is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool 1 minute, slice, and serve with syrup, fruit, or Nutella.
